April Showers Bring May Flowers

Good Day, My Zenful readers, how are you this Sunday Smudge Day? I hope you had a positive week with your family. On my end my kiddies had April vacation "week" off, aka spring break, which I too, took off from work. Crazy to believe that in two months they will have finished yet another school year. Their journeys are definitely coasting. Good times for them. I enjoyed my week away from work. It was much needed and appreciated. My minion and I worked on our mini garden this week as well as headed to the movies to see Rio 2 with friends, good movie btw. All in all we had a pleasant week of recharging our human batteries. Now to begin this back to work and school week. I am sure despite the grunts of waking up early and going back the early wake ups, it'll be a positive one for sure. ~~We drinking water as I begin, this weeks entry?

I have been noticing as of late, and liking a lot of these positive posts I have read. I will soon be share with you. These have constantly called to me in some form or way in my journey. And I am certain you too will enjoy them. 

I am the gardener of my life. (as its been said, in another recent post I read) I believe this to be true. We often tend to leave flowers that have grown in our garden despite the bloom are not flowers at all. But they are in fact weeds that eventually take over our lovely garden. I have always removed what wasn't positive so my garden doesn't stop short of growing in its full potential. For this my garden is small, strong, and filled with the most beautiful of scents. I can't state the following enough. When you surround yourself with positive people, you will see such beauty and positive things around you. This beauty and positiveness will grow in abundance in your own garden. If you surround yourself with negativity then, that's what will also surround you. So your garden of life is shaded, so no new real growth really happens. Why would you want less in your life. Why wouldn't you want more...more happiness and a wonderful feeling inside you everyday, even if things don't go the way we'd like. Our garden still blooms. We must find a way to stay positive. Of course there will be times when some folks energies can't be lifted. Their issues are too big for us to try to help. And that's okay, that's their journey not ours. Sorry, but for me, if one isn't trying to better themselves why be around the constant negativity. Its just darkening your aura, your energy,....your garden. 

I want bloom in my garden/life. I love my self that much to want it. Life can shake us up and screw us over but then we see the bright sunlight that shines on this one rose. And we can slowly see that rose stand taller and taller, as if by magic. That magic simple and true is that of self love and surrounding yourself to share in that love within with like minded people. You will soon see that those areas where once seeds grew have now been replaced by not only roses but lavender, lilies, lilacs, daisys, and sunflowers.

Please let us ALL have a drama free and great work week ahead. Let our kids have a wonderful and negative free week at school and or day care. Please let ALL issues regarding friendships, spouses or family be resolved as they are meant to be. In a kind and peaceful manner. 

Let what we can not change go, so we may rid us of any negativity and give us space for the positive that is waiting for us all.

Happy Easter Sunday, Smudge Day....

Hello my Zenful readers and Happy Easter Sunday to you all. I hope you all had a wonderful week and that you are enjoying this lovely Spring Holiday long weekend with your family and friends. This is the time of month to get our gardens ready for me on my side if the earth. How exciting is it to get our seeds ready for sowing. There's nothing quite wonderful than eating your own herbs, fruits and veggies from ones own garden. Good times. I will enjoy working with my little minion as we work on our porch garden this coming week.

I feel this Smudge Day is a time for us to be better than we were the day before. If we are happy inside, we can then show and share our happiness with others that are around us. Sometime in order for us to achieve this, we must let go of what we have been accustomed to. Sometimes we may feel that we are stuck. That we can't change our lives; but we can and we must. We as individuals are forever putting everyone else first. Whether we are mothers or fathers and we tend to the household and their needs, before our own, whether you are a husband and or a wife and you put your spouses need before your own. We need to remember that our own happiness needs to come first in order to be happy and at peace with our life. After all, we only have one. Lets live it right. The Eve of the Pink Moon, Lunar Eclipse, Letting Go

Hello my Zenful Readers. I hope you and your family had a great week. This weeks Blog is going to be different. Tomorrow as you know is the Full Moon, the Pink Moon, the Lunar Eclipse. As has been my custom during my Zenful journey. I usually write about how we can purge for the full moon. But today, I will let some pictures I located on google, speak for themselves. (Don't forget to drink your water as you read and focus on what you want to purge. I'll see guys below for some Sunday Smudge day.)

Let this Eve of the Pink, Eclipsed, Full Moon be the beginning of your purging. Let's begin smudging so we can smudge any negative energy. So we may begin making room in our lives for the wonderful things that is waiting for us all.

April IS HERE!!!!!

    (Had to share this one. So lovely)

Good Day and Happy Sunday Smudge Day my Zenful readers. How are you on this sixth day of April? Well I hope. I hope you and your familia had a great week and had a wonderful weekend. For those reading that have started their week already. Happy Monday to you all as well. Lets get our waters ready as we sip and read shall we.

     I love this, borrowed it & a few others from one of my google friends. Thanks mama!

This week for me has been a positive one. I am learning new things everyday and I am loving more this Zenful journey I am on. I now know this is my path to walk. I had been waiting for sometime, to be where I am today surrounded with those I am today. My journey has not be an easy one some that are close to me know. It was a devastating beginning, one that should never be. But I have healed myself. Not knowing I could, in my own way. For the journey I was born to, one needed major therapy to overcome. But there was something always inside of me. Almost protecting me in a way. When I surrounded myself in the mountains and earthy parts of NH for the first time is how I knew I can use the element, earth to begin my healing. 

And here I am before you, telling you, you can ALL overcome what you want. IF YOU CHOOSE to. Is it easy. Hells NO, it wouldn't be a journey worth living if it were. Is it worth it! YES!! I know what has worked for me. What my secret (although it's not much of a secret) is and I will tell you. Maybe you can apply it to something you are going through. Its fo free.... :) You ready? Here it is.....

.....Learn to let go.....

And so now, your own journey begins. No, its not meant to be easy. But think hard. Are those around you; do they suit or support your needs? Are they a positive energy in your life? Do they make you happy or do you laugh? Is it a healthy situation? If there is something going on around us, key word; around us. Why do we let it penetrate our energy field? We have control over each of our own happiness. Why let any one or thing mess with that? Its spring now, no? Why not begin this season by weeding out what no longer makes you happy or stop letting outside energy seep into your own. Learn to block others negative vibes. It's not easy. But practice, does make perfect. Your energy is way more important than any others. You are in control of who disrupts it. 

If you are at work for example and work with folks that do not have your work ethics. Learn to just keep looking/moving forward. Taking care of what you need to do so as not to let their eggheadness interfere with who you are as a good, hard worker. Make the best of it, look at it with a different mind set, a positive one. Then you will start to see a shift, for the better. If you surround yourself with positive people, positive energy this will also help you. Positive energy, breeds positive results. A little a day and at the end you will feel so much better. It works. For this is what I need to do protect my energy field from the energies of others and what they can bring. We can control our own energies, not others. I work at this everyday. Sometimes people do not realize how unhealthy it is to hold negative yucky stuff within. Lets cleanse, smudge for this today. To help beautify our garden of life. Lets cleanse and smudge for a positive week ahead. Maybe you're starting a new class or new task at work. Let us smudge that all goes well and that we all have a great week ahead.
