Happy Easter Sunday, Smudge Day....

Hello my Zenful readers and Happy Easter Sunday to you all. I hope you all had a wonderful week and that you are enjoying this lovely Spring Holiday long weekend with your family and friends. This is the time of month to get our gardens ready for me on my side if the earth. How exciting is it to get our seeds ready for sowing. There's nothing quite wonderful than eating your own herbs, fruits and veggies from ones own garden. Good times. I will enjoy working with my little minion as we work on our porch garden this coming week.

I feel this Smudge Day is a time for us to be better than we were the day before. If we are happy inside, we can then show and share our happiness with others that are around us. Sometime in order for us to achieve this, we must let go of what we have been accustomed to. Sometimes we may feel that we are stuck. That we can't change our lives; but we can and we must. We as individuals are forever putting everyone else first. Whether we are mothers or fathers and we tend to the household and their needs, before our own, whether you are a husband and or a wife and you put your spouses need before your own. We need to remember that our own happiness needs to come first in order to be happy and at peace with our life. After all, we only have one. Lets live it right. I have had the help with the following great inspirational pictures from a fellow plusser Vicky. P. She was kind enough to share some great quotes with me. Opening Smudging prayer 

I'd like to ask The Lord our Father as well as The Universe to be here with us today as I smudge & cleanse each of those that are reading this. 

I'd like to call on my ancestors, so they too may be with us, as well. I'd like to call on the elements; earth, water, air, & fire to surround us with their energy. As well as  the seven sisters of the stars to be with us as we cleanse for this upcoming week. 

I'd like to call on the goddess of the north, east, south & west. As well as our archangels Raphael for healing, Michael for protection, Gabriel for revelation & Uriel for wisdom. 

Please release us ALL of any negative energy that does not suit or support our needs. Please Lord and Universe be here with us and help us during our time of need, healing, protection, revelation, and wisdom. 

Please let us ALL have a drama free and great work week. Let our kids have a wonderful week at school and or day care. Please let ALL issues regarding friendships, spouses or family be resolved as they are meant to be. In a kind and peaceful manner. Let what we can not change go to rid us of any negative and give us space for the positive that is waiting on us. 

Please see the sage smoke carry away all your worries and blow them away with the element wind, burn them away with the element fire, soak them away with the element water so that the element earth may ground you. Take these few minutes to visual this and clear this away......

I'd like to thank you Lord and the Universe, as well as those reading today for giving me opportunity to share my Zenful experience.

I want to thank my ancestors for being present. I'd like to also, thank the elements earth, water, air, and fire for being with us. And I'd like to thank the seven sisters of the stars for being with us as well offering us strength.
