Hello and Merry Christmas my Zenful readers. I hope you and your family are enjoying this holiday season. And that today’s surprise entry finds you and yours healthy, happy and well. It's been a very long time since I've written an entry, I know. Life can get in the way and I needed to take a beat and do for me. Changes in life required me so. I feel it isn't healthy to put your too personal issues whatever it may be on social media. It's really no ones business. It boggles my mind when people still do just that. Share yes but good grief. Lol keep it for the super close ones and bestest and dearest friends. Which that's the journey I decide to take. It was time away that was well needed and well spent.

It's hard to believe that we are in December and more that the Yule is less than two weeks away. Followed by welcoming the New Year the following week. I've never been much of a New Years resolutionist. (<HA wordage!) I feel it's all caca. Lol. I mean we say what we want to change and or get rid of etc., dieting, starting the gym. Quitting this or that. But it seems after a few weeks some may lose that New Year's Eve resolution push and down the toilet goes those resolutions. Maybe they put too much on themselves who knows. But I never set any resolutions. I feel we should aspire to do our very best every day. Not just make one change or two at the start of a new year. It should be a daily thang. (& stuff) Since I have been off blogland, I still have been smudging. So you all know that I will have a little smudging ceremony for New Years Eve. =) I have switched a few of my candle holders and the color of the candles to represent not only their specific meanings but to represent Christmas and winter as well. I hope you enjoy the pictures below. I also changed my altar all together. I want to share a few quotes that I searched and found. I know a few of us may enjoy and or can relate to them. A few called to me instantly. Start drinking some water we will be smudging after you have seen the few pictures below. Enjoy…

I hope you all liked the above quotes. I felt them fitting for what some of my close friends and even myself may be going through. Despite my absence I hope you've enjoyed this Zenful entry. Let's get into a Zenful position, taking deep breathes and exhaling all the past weeks caca (<hehe). Let's ALL envision an easy final week of Christmas at both work and shopping and with our children and family. This is what will happen. Some of us have had a hard past few months, yes. And if we have not, let us give Thanks to that Blessing. Keep your mind in a grateful meditative state as I begin... Here we go.
I'd like to ask The Lord our Father as well as The Universe to be here with me as well as be here with those reading this.
I'd like to ask my ancestors to be present, as well as the elements; fire, earth, air and water. I'd like to call on the goddess of the North, East, South & West. And I like to finally ask our archangels Raphael for healing, Michael for protection, Gabriel for revelation & Uriel for wisdom, to be with us also.
Please cleanse US ALL of any negative energy from this past work/school week. Christmas is coming and this can be a stressful time for us all financially. But let's all not loose sight of the true meaning of Christmas. And that's good health, love, family and friendship. Please Bless this upcoming final full week before Christmas, so we may spend it with a positive, light and happy heart.
Closing smudge prayer:
I'd like to thank you Lord and The Universe for being here with me and my Zenful readers as I cleanse us. I want to thank my ancestors for being present.
With this sweet grass that I light please surround US ALL with loving and positive energies today and always.
Have a wonderful week ahead. May this weekends smudging carry you each through a Zenful journey.
Blessed Be...
Amen.
