Zenful Healings Times Three and Cleansing to Help You Feel Good.

Good Day and Happy Sunday smudge day to you all. I hope you and yours had a positive week. It was the New Moon this past Tuesday. I didn't do any special smudging that day. Didn't fee; the need to. I have been busy smudging for family and friends turned family, that needed it. I'd like to share with you a few of their stories and how I was able to help some amazing women by smudging and sharing of the gems. It fills my heart and I am always in awe when I am able to help the way I can. I will always say this, "I didn't do nuffin." 

The first person I helped is such a wonderful woman. We work together which is an oddity for me. For I don't like to befriend people at work. Work energy can be negative, and ain't no body got time fo dat! lol I only have two other great friends who I have known for over ten years that I met at a job, this will be my third.

But this soul, is pure white energy, love and kindness. I never in a million years would expect us to connect the way we have. Not only because of my work code, but because of who her name, family legacy is here where I am from. All positive stuff, and thangs. I am so very honored that she would be open and accepting to smudging and gemstone healing. More so that she would trust me enough to help her and her family. I am humbled each time it works. Recently this pure soul =) also had urgent day surgery done on her leg. She gave me permission to share this with you all. She had an area of skin cancer that needed to be removed asap. It had been a full 24 hours since she had her surgery. She was at work with no time off. She said she felt well enough to be there and she was taking it as easy as she could. But I knew she was uncomfortable having gone through a similar surgery myself a few weeks before.

As how it usually is for me. There was a pull for me to give her the gem I had in my pocket that I had been using for my own recovery. (One of the properties for the gem Chrysoprase, is to help in the recovery of speed of the surgical area.) I said a little prayer as I walked to my friend's desk to give her the gem. Sure enough she had her leg propped up on a box. Good girl! I gave her the gem and explained to her how to use it. How she needs to place the gem over the area, not touching skin. Just keep the gem hovered over the bandaged area.) Later on she shared with me that when she placed the gem the way I had showed her, she felt the stitched area heat. ~The gem was working its "magic" and healing her.~ This was the same feeling I experienced. She also said that she didn't feel the same pain for a while, it lessened. Its wonderful how these little pretty gems helps us. I am glad I was able to help her. 

Another pure soul, my dearest sister, friend I smudged this week was achy with pain. She too is a bright shining soul in my life. Although she lives far away and we have yet to meet, its like we have known each other forever. I asked her to place all her gems on her body and lay back and relax. I smudged her (over the phone) and as I do here with you all, I motioned the lit sage wand over my head, throat, chest, belly, hip area, between my legs and down to my feet. All this I did as I visualized the smoke smudging away her pains. 

After checking in the next day, she said she felt better. Now the funny thing was, my sistah from another mistah, said she felt only a bit achy in her hands. My zenful readers, when I smudged myself, in place of her. I had the sage wand in one hand and the cell in the other. So technically I didn't smudge my, her hands properly. What are the chances that her body is fine except her hands. I am just saying. lol Once more I am honored and humbled that it worked and I can help. (mental note don't forget the hands, lol) I am glad to share something that has been positive and beneficial to my family and me, with those I love and care about. 

As I ended the week I also helped my mother familiarize herself again with a gem I had gifted her a few years ago. Although she is retired, she still does substitute teaching when there is a need. Because of her great teaching skills she was offered the opportunity to work aboard in Cairo, Egypt for a year as a teacher. It would be silly not to take them up on their offer. She was of course nervous, whole new world and she knew no one. But she knew she could also be able to travel more if she went. Which she wanted to do, soon anyway. Her anxiety of leaving was getting stronger as the days grew closer. She came to Boston to say her goodbyes to her family and friends. After seeing my gems she asked about them. I explained to her how they can help.

She seemed interested and I then told her I would send her a gem or two before she left for her trip. Long story short, because of the time frame I had to look for a gem for her, I didn't look carefully enough. I was only able to find her one gemstone. I had crystal-cure.com mail it directly to her home to make sure she would get it in time before she left for her year(s) long trip. Instead of it being sent to me and me mailing it to her. I only had a two week window. A few days later my mom then tells me not only did she receive the one gem but she also received three others in a tule bag. I did not purchase these. These three she referred to was of three gem angelic set they do offer on their website. They must have gifted her the set. I was very pleased and knew there was a reason for it. 

Fast forward to now, three years later, yes the one year abroad turned into three years of the school wanting her to stay there and work for them. Blessings to her for the opportunity. She's traveled all over as she wanted and she is back in the States healthy, happy and safe. Now present day, she has felt she needed a little pick me up. She had the gems packed still and as I reminded her of them she took them out of their storage place.

I told her place all gems out in front of you and place your hand over them all, the one that calls to you, vibrates to you. You will feel which one you may need. She instantly went to one of the gems in the bag, the Mangono Calite. She said she felt an energy in her hand that she did not with the other gems. I smiled as I read her words in the email. This woman that raised me, who was deaconess of her church when she lived in Boston, a skeptic of such things...and she now felt the gems energy. Its of the earth after all. We are of the earth. Why would we not feel it? This was the reason she received that gift set for the gem that vibrated to her was not the gem I chose but one of the three from the gift set. 

I am glad to share my experience with those that are close to me. Even with you, for those reading this that I do not know. I have learned that energy is all around us. Even in these little beauties and in using sage to cleanse the energy of a space.

I hope you enjoyed my Zenful stories of how I was able to help those I love and care about. Smudging and both using gemstones is such a great spiritual and enlightening thang to do. We need to recharge and cleanse our selves from whats around us. We can easily get someones negative juju on us. And we may not even realize what happened to shift our day. Now I am packin', lol. I always try to have a gem or two on me all the time. Trust me it helps. Sometimes though using gems and smudging with sage isn't enough. 

Another bright light and soul, my sistah bestie Beautiful, shared with me this link that I will share with you now as well. I was glad to know that I too do this when I feel the energy in my home is stale with energy. This is very helpful too for the winter months when our windows and doors must stay closed to keep the cold out. But if we crack open the windows as we dust and sweep and mop, we can let all that dust and stale air out as we clean. You will feel so good once you are done following these steps. Opening smudge prayer:

I'd like to ask The Lord, our Father as well as The Universe to be here with me today as I smudge & cleanse each of you.   

I'd like to call upon my ancestors to surround me with their love and light as I help each of you. I also like to call upon the elements fire, earth, air and water. 

I'd like to ask the goddess of the north, east, south & west, as well as our archangels; Raphael for healing, Michael for protection, Gabriel for revelation & Uriel for wisdom, to join us and surround us with their energy as I smudge and cleanse you today.

Please imagine the sage smoke wrapping itself around each of you and carrying all your worries away. Lets begin, close your eyes and take as many cleansing breaths as you need. Exhale and release any negative thought(s). Love and light only people!!

When you are ready, imagine me wrapping the lit sage, using its smoke to cleanse you. I begin from above your head, (chakra points) forehead, throat, heart, tummy, hip area, and down your legs to your feet. As I'm smudging you, I call upon the elements to help us; the wind, will blow your worries away, let them burn free from you with fire, soak them away with water so that the element earth may ground you.

Feel the release of this/these negative energy/ies that may have been built up from this past week. I ask those who I have called upon, The Lord, The Universe, my ancestors, the elements, the goddesses, and our archangels, to help release you from any negative thought/s that does not suit or support your needs. Remove any blockage/s that has seeped into your aura and shaken you. Take these few minutes to visualize this and clear this negativity away.....

Now, I light this cedar in the same way I did the sage, but the cedar will wrap all of your auras in a protective white light of love and happiness to keep you from harm. Close your eyes and imagine me wrapping the cedar wand starting from above your head, (chakra points) forehead, throat, heart, tummy, hip area, and down your legs to your feet. Closing Smudge Prayer

I'd like to thank you Lord and The Universe for being here with me and give me the opportunity to help those that I can. I want to thank my ancestors for being present. I'd like to also, thank the elements fire, earth, air and water for being with us. I'd like to thank the goddess of the north, east, south & west. As well as our archangels Raphael for healing, Michael for protection, Gabriel for revelation & Uriel for wisdom.
